Machine Characteristics

• The version with two polishing units allows – through different unit fitting – polishing and finishing operations to be carried out in one automated sequence.
• A rotary table unit allows for the parallel offloading and unloading of work pieces on the other side of the rotary table during processing (optional).
• Machine is controlled via 2 interpolating CNC axes (version with one polishing cylinder).
• Machine features complete protective casing. A customer-specific suction unit can be adapted to suit the intended suction nozzle.
• Work pieces are loaded and unloaded manually.

Application

The machine is specifically intended for the polishing of the surfaces of interior and exterior car parts.  
Furthermore, the top surface of stainless steel basins can be processed. Alternatively, any flat work pieces can be processed.
