Machine Characteristics

• The Beta type bowl polishing machine is available in three different versions:
  •  •  Beta K for combined bottom surface and sidewall processing
  •  •  Beta B for bottom surface processing with angled head spindle
  •  • Beta W for sidewall processing.
• Brush positioning system for the adjustment of the brush to suit the respective work piece geometry, manually adjustable.
• Oscillation control system to dynamically control the horizontal stroke when processing the bottom.
• Machine is controlled via 1-axis step sequence control.
• Work pieces are loaded and unloaded manually.

Application

The machine is specifically intended for the brushing and polishing of stainless steel bowls.
