    • Alpha II B for bottom surface polishing with angled head spindle
    • Alpha II W for sidewall polishing.
  • Brush positioning system for the adjustment of the brush to suit the respective work piece geometry.
  • Oscillation control system to dynamically control the horizontal stroke when polishing the bottom.
  • The system is controlled via 4 interpolating NC axes.
  • Work pieces are loaded and unloaded manually.

Application

The machine is specifically intended for the brushing and polishing of stainless steel bowls.

Software

All process and geometry parameters are defined via an input program supported by parameters.

Customer Benefits

  • The modular machine design allows individual machines to be linked in a linear chain or rotary table, thus producing a complete production line. The linking
of machines provides short turnaround times.
  • An integrated automatic spray paste feature ensures even polishing results (optional).
  • Cutting pace continuously adjustable through frequency converters.
  • Significantly reduced polishing time compared to manual polishing.
  • Precise and reproducible polishing results.
  • Compact machine design.
